About Steve Hakimzadeh
A New York State Licensed Associate Broker, Steve possesses over two decades of experience in the real estate industry in the greater New York area and Long Island. He owned his own firm for about two decades, and started as an investment sales broker before expanding into residential brokerage, management and ownership of buildings on Long Island and New York City.
Steve’s multifaceted, comprehensive knowledge separates him from the rest, and spans all aspects of the business. He can cater to an owner, developer, renter, buyer or seller, serving each with extreme efficiency, and attentiveness. Steve is big on the relationship, and building trust over time. He brings a rare and appreciated straight-shooting dynamic to the table, and a personal touch.

Born and raised in Teheran, Iran, Steve spent his high school years in Lausanne, Switzerland. He holds a B.S.B.A. Degree in Management and Finance from University of Denver Business School.
Steve has experienced life in the vibrant city on the Upper East Side and by the peaceful ocean in Long Beach, New York. He speaks fluent English, French and Farsi, and has many interests in his free time that include working out, running, golf, travel, and exploring the ever-changing landscapes of New York City. Above all, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and amazing daughters.
